Mark Hatch and Santo Merlo matched up in the first round, Mark sent Santo to the one loss side where Santo proceeded to win the next 4 matches in a row(including the rematch with Mark). All the while Brian Vaughn was quietly disposing of all his challengers, Shawn McCluskey, Mike McDaniels, and Derek Williams(on the hill).
